Free Care Package

Like-New Homes
Our homes are presented to new Residents each time as Like-New. The Like-New Standard includes a complete re-painting of the entire interior. Our trained service techs refit, clean, and check the air conditioning system for energy efficiency and reliability. All appliances, plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, flooring, and blinds are updated to our Like-New Standards in preparation for a pleasant occupation by our Residents.
Like-New Homes
Our homes are presented to new Residents each time as Like-New. The Like-New Standard includes a complete re-painting of the entire interior. The air conditioning system is refitted, cleaned, and checked out for energy efficiency and reliability by our trained service techs. All appliances, plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, flooring, and blinds are updated to our Like-New Standards, in preparation for a pleasant occupation by our Residents.
Convenient Locations
All of our homes are in the city of Port Wentworth on the west side of the “Greater Savannah Area”. They are conveniently located within 20 minutes of Downtown Savannah. In addition, the growing west side offers newly constructed grocery stores, restaurants, schools, shopping, and recreation centers. Employment opportunities such as Georgia Ports, Gulfstream, and Hunter Army Airfield as well as the Hyundai Metaplant are close by.

West Chatham is required to check the rental rates of competitors each month. With approval from the Investment Group, we market all available homes at least $100 below our competitors’ prices, as well as include the FREE Care Package. Our mission is to have blissful Residents who appreciate quality living at an affordable price.
